OUR MISSION TO SUPPORT MIDWIFERY EXCHANGE IN GHANA
At L & E Innovative Business Solutions LLP, our mission is to help strengthen the work of Midwifery Exchange in Ghana by connecting the organization with global resources, strategic partnerships, education, training, technology and opportunities that can expand its capacity to support midwives, healthcare professionals, mothers, and newborns.
We believe that where you are born or where you practice should not determine the quality of education, resources, or professional opportunities available to you.
That is why L & E is committed to helping bridge borders and close access gaps by bringing organizations, professionals, educators, businesses, and global partners together around a shared purpose for many organizations across the globe.
Our support includes helping to identify and facilitate strategic partnerships, connecting Midwifery Exchange in Ghana with international educational resources, supporting opportunities for in-kind training and professional development, while helping build relationships that can create sustainable resources for Ghanaian healthcare professionals.
One example of this commitment is our role in helping connect Midwifery Exchange in Ghana with GynZone, providing an opportunity for Ghanaian midwives to access an international online learning platform for continued professional development. Midwifery Exchange reports that the GynZone grant provides access for 160 Ghanaian midwives.
